All users of a license that includes option Basic Support or Extended Support can contact us online or by phone for technical support questions. There is no support hotline as usual, i.e. no pre-selection by answering machines or waiting loops. However, the number of incoming phone lines is limited, thus, we recommend to describe the problem online first. If remote access will be required to solve the problem, internet needs to be available on the affected computer.

Support for registered users is provided on a dayily basis:1

           Monday - Thursday:        9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Friday: 9.00 am - 2.00 pm

 

 

except public holidays (Germany, the Free State of Saxony) and between December 24 and December 31 each year.

Questions regarding the user interface or subject-specific questions should be submitted online only 1.
